OneStop Student Centre FAQ

1. Lost of household registry:

  • Step 1: find your household registry copy at one stop student service centre
  • Step 2: take the copy to the Yong-an bridge police station. Office Tel: 0512-62850972

2. Permission for international visa:

  • Step 1: copy your household to one stop student service centre and take it to Yong-an bridge police station
  • Step 2: take the materials to the Suzhou Administration Service Centre (San-xiang Road)

3. Household Registry Copy

  • Step 1: download and fill in “Household and file exchange application form”;
  • Step 2: send the finished form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it at least two working days in advance.
  • Step 3: scheduled time is every Wednesday, 13:30-17:00PM.

4. Registration

  • Step 1: scheduled registration time is the first week of each semester.
  • Step 2: all student ID cards (soft) must be collected by class monitors.
  • Step 3: class monitors are required to collect ID cards by Friday 5PM of the first week.
  • Step 4: in terms of emergency, individual ID card registry can be claimed on every Wednesday 13:00-17:00PM.

5. University Facility Use

  • Step 1: download and fill in “university facilities use application form
  • Step 2: send the finished form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it one working day in advance.
  • Step 3: deliver the approved form to property office and corresponding classroom.

6. Stereo Equipment Use

  • Step 1: download and fill in “University Stereo equipment use application form” and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
  • Step 2: take the approved form to Mrs. Wu Xiaoyan(88161012)on 8th floor.
  • Step 3: send the signed form to the property office.

7. Dorm Adjustment

  • Step 1: fill in “university dorm adjustment form” once your request has been approved by the class supervisor.

  • Step 3: take the approved form to the property office

8. Student Status Certification

  • Step 1: provide detailed information and send it with the completed application form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
  • Step 2: submission materials must be sent at least two working days in advance.
  • Step 3: students will be informed by One Stop and then applicants need to collect the certification from the registry office(Miss Huang 88161233).

9. Part-time job certification

  • Step 1: All the jobs place must be in HET
  • Step 2: All the students must come to one stop student service centre before work begins.

10. Student ID Card Replacement (soft cover)

  • Step 1: report your loss to Suzhou Daily (No. 458, Shizi Street)
  • Step 2: take loss register voucher and one-inch sized photo to One Stop and fill in corresponding form.
  • Step 3: scheduled time for Student ID Card (soft cover) replacement is June and December every academic year.
  • Notice: every student can claim the replacement TWICE at the most.

11. Student ID Card Replacement

  • Step 1: fill in application form and hand in 40RMB.
  • Step 2: new ID Cards are to be collected every Tuesday at One Stop.

12. ABC card Replacement

  • Step 1: report your loss to ABC.
  • Step 2: apply for new card to the nearest ABC (Lianfeng PLAZA\SIP No.7 Middle School)
  • Step 3: register your new bank card number to one-stop student service centre

13. Wireless Internet Application

  • Step 1: provide related information to One Stop
  • Step 2: your claim will be handled within one working day

14. Print Fee Top-up

  • Step 1: pay at One Stop and keep your receipt.
  • Step 2: at least one working day is needed
